The wood-fired pizza at Kamakura is a game changer—crispy crust and fresh toppings! Don't sleep on the gelato from La Fabbrica. it’s creamy goodness that lingers. Plus, the hotel’s beautiful architecture and friendly security made our stay even better.
We had a little hiccup at checkout over a stain on the comforter—definitely a bummer, but they didn't charge us. Also, the bathroom cleanliness seemed to slip a bit.

The property is a beautiful building, with the
architecture of an estate turned inn. My husband and I enjoyed the spaciousness of our Standard King Room, though we noticed some maintenance issues in the bathroom area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay but could use a few improvements.

While the hotel has a great location and a friendly staff, the outdated rooms and musty smell left much to be desired. Limited breakfast options and ongoing noise from nearby events made it difficult to relax. Still, I found it manageable for a short stay.

Solo traveler needs to think twice
The location was very good, I had a moment where the girl at the lobby, she gave me some hints on what to do in the area, made my stay a bit better. And the buffet in the mornings, let me tell you, that was a highlight, it was great!
The price? it wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

exploring the city made easy from this fantastic stay
I really enjoyed the fantastic buffet every morning and the friendly, helpful staff who gave me tips on nearby attractions, allowing me to explore spots like the beautiful Bicentenario Park, which is just about 2.5 km away, and the vibrant Centro Comercial El Paseo, a quick stroll at only 1.5 km. as a single traveler, the spacious room added to the comfort after a long day of walking but be aware that the noise from the upper rooms can be a bit disruptive at night.
